These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between asc365 (bunhereinafter referred to as the "Platform," "we," or "asc365") and its users ("you," "member," or "player"). asc365 is an online gaming platform that provides a range of gaming services to users in Bangladesh.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with asc365, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a Bangladeshi citizen.
  • You must have an active mobile number and email address.
  • You have not previously been banned from asc365 or had an account closed for any reason.

Single account policy

Each individual may hold only one asc365 account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same person, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited. If multiple members of the same household play from the same device or network, our support team must be notified in advance.

Accurate information is required at registration

The name, date of birth, mobile number, and address provided at registration must be accurate. asc365 reserves the right to close any account at any time if false or incorrect information is found. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal is processed.

3. Age Verification & Minor Protection

Asc365 has a strict policy against gaming by minors (under 18). Age is verified at registration, and documents such as a national ID, passport, or birth certificate may be requested at any time.

Warning: If a minor registers using a false age and is identified, all funds deposited and winnings in that account will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Asc365 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking services — Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Please read the payment rules below carefully.

Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 BDT.
  • The deposit account holder and the asc365 account holder must be the same person.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted.
  • Deposits are typically credited within a few seconds to a maximum of 30 minutes.

Withdrawal Policy

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number registered on your account.
  • Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
  • Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
  • If fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended.

Please Note: At least one wager must be placed against each deposit before a withdrawal can be made, unless otherwise specified.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

  • Wagering requirement: Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement, typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount. This is clearly stated alongside each bonus.
  • Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of being received. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
  • Maximum bet limit: When playing with bonus balance, the maximum bet is generally limited to ৳500.
  • Multiple simultaneous bonuses: Generally, only one bonus can be active at a time. Any existing bonus must be completed before a new one can be claimed.
  • Bonus Abuse: If bonus abuse is identified, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6. Gaming Rules

Every game on asc365 is powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely random and never predetermined. Please keep the following in mind:

  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, asc365 will endeavor to refund the amount wagered.
  • If your internet connection drops during a game, the game will be completed server-side and the result will be saved.
  • In the event of a dispute over a game result, server logs will be treated as the definitive record.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on asc365. Any violation will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts.
  • Fraud or abuse of the bonus system.

  • Playing games using software, bots, or automation tools.
  • Playing on behalf of other members or using their accounts.
  • Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
  • Contacting the support team with threats, harassment, or abusive language.

Important: If any suspicious activity is detected, we reserve the right to notify the relevant law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

Asc365 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Providing false identity or information.
  • Registering as a minor.
  • Suspicious payment activity.
  • Accounts inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).

Members may request to close their account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any existing balance will be available for withdrawal.

9. Responsible Gaming
